Returns or Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, free from signs of misuse or damage. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
Repairs
We stand behind our work. All jewelry is eligible for free repairs within one year of purchase, covering normal wear. Damage resulting from misuse, loss of stones due to improper storage, or alteration by a third party is not covered.
International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your purchase price.
